2名作業プラン
作業員追加：11,000円
お客様のお手伝いによる事故を防ぐため、以下の大型・重量物は作業員追加を必須とします。
大型冷蔵庫（高さ160cm以上、または3ドア以上）、ドラム式洗濯機、大型テレビ（50インチ以上）、3人掛けソファー、ダブルベッド、クイーンベッド、4段以上ある木製整理タンス、一般的な重量物（重量40kg以上）。
Stair work (no elevator):
2nd floor: 1,000 yen, 3rd floor: 2,500 yen, 4th floor: 4,500 yen, 5th floor: 6,500 yenFurniture assembly and disassembly : 2,200 yen and up per item (for complex or time-consuming items taking 10 minutes or more. IKEA furniture and similar items require consultation).
Unpacking and assembling new furniture : Estimate required.
Multiple stops : +4,000 yen per stop
Piston work : +12,600 yen and up (if the load cannot be loaded and a round trip is required)

We launched KOKOLO MOVING because we wanted to eliminate outdated practices in the moving industry, such as "persistent phone calls for estimates" and "anxiety about who will be coming to the house."
I originally worked on the front lines of logistics at a major transportation company. Based on the "reliable transportation techniques" and "thorough manners" I cultivated there, I have combined them with the modern smartness of a service that can be completed with just a smartphone.
What we value most is "KOKOLO" (heart). Especially in this digital age , we cherish the analog acts of thoughtfulness, such as "changing into new socks" or "offering a little extra help" in a new home.

1. 【ダンボール・資材について】（※ご要望の箇所）
Q. ダンボールはもらえますか？
A. はい、ご自宅へ直送いたします。 オプションの「引越しダンボールセット（1,500円〜）」をお申し込みいただくと、新品ダンボール10枚＋ガムテープのセットを、宅配便にて事前にご自宅へお届けします。わざわざ店舗に取りに行く手間はありません。 ※ハンガーボックス（2個まで無料）は当日スタッフがお持ちします。
2. 【移動・同乗について】
Q. トラックに同乗して新居まで行けますか？
A. 申し訳ございません、法律上お断りしております。 貨物軽自動車運送事業の規定により、お客様をトラックにお乗せすることはできません。お手数ですが、電車・バス・タクシーなどの公共交通機関での移動をお願いいたします。
3. 【料金・支払いについて】
Q. 当日、追加料金がかかることはありますか？
A. 事前申告通りであれば、追加料金は一切ありません。 ただし、「申告になかった階段作業」や「申告になかった大型家具（2名作業が必要なもの）」があった場合は、当日規定のオプション料金をいただく場合がございます。不安な場合は、事前にLINEでお写真をお送りください。

A. 作業完了後、現地にて以下の決済方法がご利用いただけます。

4. 【準備・トラブル防止】
Q. 引越し当日までに何をすればいいですか？
A. 荷造りと、家電の水抜きをお願いします。 小物類はすべてダンボールに箱詰めをお願いします。また、冷蔵庫・洗濯機は前日までに電源を抜き、水抜き（水切り）を行ってください。 ※「箱詰めされていない小物」は運べない場合がございます。
Q. 雨の日でも決行しますか？
A. はい、雨天でも通常通り作業いたします。 お荷物が濡れないよう、専用のパットやカバーで丁寧に梱包して運びますのでご安心ください。ただし、台風など危険が伴う荒天の場合は、日程変更をご相談させていただく場合がございます。
